Athena Emra Power Pvt Ltd is planning to develop Emra II hydro electric power project. The project involves setting up of a run-of-the-river scheme on the confluence of Emra and Tangon river tributaries of Dibang river in Arunachal Pradesh. It also involves construction of a 113 meter high gravity dam and 3 x105 MW power generating units.
