About the Company :
Bhilanganga Hydro Power Ltd was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for setting up Hydro Power Projects in the state of Uttaranchal. The company is in the process of implementing a hydropower projects on Bhilanganga river with an aggregate capacity of 24 MW. It was promoted by Mr. Sanjiv Saraf and his associates.
The debt component of the project was financed by a consortium of bankers with UCO Bank as the lead banker. The procurement of plant and equipment was done through an international competitive bidding process and local competitive bidding for the selection of civil contractor of the projects.
