Bhakra Beas Management Board is planning to develop Beas-Sutlej Link project which involves setting up of a power plant of 42 MW. The new Baggi Power project is located near NH21 12 kilometer upstream of Sundernagar town in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. The project is conceived because of Pandoh- Baggi Tunnel (PBT) as sufficient head was available between Bandoh Reservoir and at the start of Sunder Nagar Hydel Channel (SNHC).
